I build software where AI, data and financial systems meet.

I’ve spent more than a decade building software across mobile products, enterprise systems and digital transformation. More recently, my work has moved toward FinTech, AI and ICT risk—exploring how complex regulatory information can become usable software.

Currently building

From regulation to decisions.

I’m exploring how regulatory information can move from raw legal text to structured knowledge, evidence-grounded AI and eventually executable risk workflows.

InputEuropean regulation
  1. make sense of it
    Knowledge layer

    Regulatory Knowledge Platform

Make source material structured and explorable.

  2. ask it properly
    Intelligence layer

    Regulatory RAG

Find evidence and answer with traceable citations.

  3. put it to work
    Workflow layer

    Second Line Risk Copilot

Turn obligations into structured risk work.

Regulatory RAG

Evidence-grounded regulatory question answering.

A good answer is not the starting point. The difficult part is deciding what the question is really asking, finding evidence for each claim and making uncertainty visible.

I don’t want the model to sound confident. I want it to show its work.

  1. A real questionUsually messier than it first looks.
  2. A planBefore reaching for embeddings.
  3. A few claimsSo each part can earn its evidence.
  4. Two kinds of searchBecause keywords still matter.
  5. EvidenceAttached to the claim it supports.
  6. An answerOr an honest “not enough”.

Second Line
Risk Copilot

Turning regulatory obligations into structured ICT risk workflows.

An experiment in bringing regulatory evidence, risk reasoning and second-line challenge into one reviewable workflow—not automating away professional judgement.

From obligation to opinion

The copilot proposes. The second line still challenges.

  1. ObligationWhat must be true?
  2. Risk & controlWhat can fail—and how is it constrained?
  3. MetricWhat would reveal weakening performance?
  4. ChallengeWhat evidence should the second line question?
  5. AssessmentWhat can be concluded, with what caveats?
